Tanihata Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Company\u201d) hereby establishes these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthese Terms\u201d) regarding the use of Kumikoza – Toyama Craft Lounge operated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Lounge\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By making a reservation for experiences at the Lounge or using the facilities, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Scope of Application<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These Terms shall apply to all matters related to experience reservations and the use of the Lounge facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Reservations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Users may make reservations for experiences at the Lounge through this website or by methods designated by the Company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Upon making a reservation, users shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    3. Handling of Personal Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Personal information obtained in connection with the use of the Lounge shall be handled appropriately in accordance with the separately established \u201cPrivacy Policy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Notes on Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Users shall comply with the following when using the Lounge:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Follow the instructions of staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Use the facilities and equipment properly<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other users<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      If any behavior in violation of the above is identified, the Company may refuse use of the Lounge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. Prohibited Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Users shall not engage in the following activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Making reservations using false information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Unauthorized or improper use of the Lounge or this website<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Acts that cause damage or harm to other users or the Company<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        6. Changes and Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Users shall make changes to or cancellations of reservations in accordance with the cancellation policy posted on this website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        7. Disclaimer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        The Company shall not be liable for any inability to provide services due to natural disasters, communication failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.
        Furthermore, the Company shall not be responsible for any damage caused by the intentional or negligent actions of users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        8. Amendments to the Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. Continued use of the Lounge after such revisions shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
