Tanihata Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information at Kumikoza – Toyama Craft Lounge – (hereinafter referred to as “the Lounge”), which is operated by the Company.
When customers use the Company’s services, they may be asked to provide information necessary for transactions and communication, such as name, address, telephone number, and email address (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”).

Method of Identity Verification
Customers are requested to send the Company a copy of an official document that can verify their identity, such as a driver’s license or health insurance card.
After verification, the Company will respond accordingly.
