  1. Please arrive a few minutes before the start time of the experience.

  2. Introduction to the Experience (Approx. 5 minutes)

  3. Experience (Approx. 30–60 minutes)

If you arrive late, you may not have enough time to complete your piece. Please allow plenty of time for your visit.

・Participation by anyone under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

・We cannot accept responsibility for accidents or injuries during the experience caused by customer-related reasons.

・We are not responsible for loss or theft of valuables.

Participation Requirements

・Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a guardian. Reservations only need to be made for the participating child, but please indicate that a guardian will accompany them in the “Questions / Requests” field of the reservation form.

・For groups of 21 or more, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy

・No cancellation fee is charged. However, as materials are prepared in advance, please contact us at least 30 minutes before your reservation time if you wish to cancel.

Special Notes / Disclaimer

・If you arrive late, the experience time cannot be extended. Please arrive on time.

・As materials and tools are limited, please inform us as soon as possible if you need to change the number of participants.

・The experience may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather or equipment issues.
