Yes, you can add options on the day after checking the items. Please feel free to ask our staff.
Can I take my work home on the same day?
Yes, the items you create during the experience can be taken home the same day.
Fees and Payment
What payment methods are available?
Credit cards, electronic money, and QR payments are accepted. Cash payments are not available.
Reservations and Cancellations
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
Please make your reservation by 7:00 PM on the day before.
Can I participate on the same day?
Please contact us.
Can I change the number of participants or the time?
Changes may be possible, but depend on availability. Please contact us first.
How do I make a group reservation (schools, corporate training, etc.)?
Please make reservations for the required number of people via the reservation form, the same as for general customers.
Access and Parking
Is there parking available?
We apologize, but there is no dedicated parking.
Please use nearby parking facilities.
Facilities
Can I enter with a wheelchair or stroller?
Yes, you may. To prepare seating, please indicate that you will be participating with a wheelchair in the “Questions / Requests” field when making your reservation.
Is photography allowed?
Yes. Please be mindful of other customers’ privacy, and feel free to share on social media.

Foreign Visitors / Multilingual Support
Is guidance available in English or other languages?
Support is provided via English-subtitled videos and translation devices.
If you apply at least two weeks prior to your workshop date, we can arrange an English interpreter.
Please indicate your request for an interpreter in the remarks section of the reservation form.
*¥10,000 per hour (tax included)
