One month has passed since Kumikoza opened.

Kumikoza has now been open for one month.Over the past month, we have truly come to understand what it means to open a store in front of Toyama Station.

Not only local residents, but also visitors from across Japan and around the world have stopped by, bringing new encounters, conversations, and discoveries every day.
Toyama is only about two hours from Tokyo by Shinkansen, and many guests tell us they came just for a day trip. We feel that Toyama has become much more accessible and familiar than ever before.

At Kumikoza, we hope to share not only the beauty of Kumiko craftsmanship, but also the appeal of Toyama’s nature, culture, traditional crafts, and spirit of manufacturing.Through this place, we hope visitors from outside the prefecture and overseas will discover Toyama, while local residents can rediscover the value and beauty of their own region.

We are just getting started, and we hope to continue sharing the charm of Toyama through Kumikoza.
